Felt extremely sentimental & upset when I lost a soft toy I cherish a lot a week ago. Bibi was his name & he was given by someone important. Funny that Bibi survived an entire trip in Down Under with me - hanging faithfully from my sling bag but could not survive a trip down to the National Library .. Bibi .. where are you?? :( I miss him terribly - I still have not got over things I'm attached to .. be it people or things .. it's always so hard to let go of memories & sentiments. Above is Bibi with a Rocky Road Fudge ..
::: In a mood for ... Movies :::
Caught quite a number of shows of late with dear ... I shall rate them!
2.5 / 5 >> Plot was expected but it was really motivating to keep fit .. u never know when your stamina is needed .. e.g. climbing upwards in a capsized luxury cruise liner?

4 / 5 >> I really enjoyed this show! Tom Cruise still looks amazingly young for someone in his 40s & his screen wife looks ironically similar to his off-screen wife - Katie Holmes. But .. I realise I've forgotten what MI 1 & 2 were about..

4 / 5 >> Dear was initially sceptical about being able to stay awake through this locally produced film but he ended up laughing the loudest! For me, it was really tear jerking .. i see so many similarities in the lives of the characters in the film & those in school .. & even some of my own personal experience at home. I think I shall watch it again...

3.5 / 5 >> This artistic fantasy show is truely fascinating! I've never seen a show quite like it before.. I've always enjoyed fantasy shows e.g. The Never-ending story but this show is artistically & visually amazing!
4.5 / 5 >> Awesome!! I place this show in the same league as "Hotel Rawanda". The depiction of the story of the struggles in Tibet is heart-wrenching & it gave me in depth insights & understanding of the political struggles between Tibet & China which I never knew before.
::: In a mood for ... Food :::
Ate a lot of great food recently!

4 / 5 >> Pepper Lunch - The succulent rib eye was every bit worth savouring! Yumz!
3 / 5 >> Pariss Buffet (Marina Square) - I dun have a thing for seafood & I abhor crowds ... but their soups were great!

4 / 5 >> Ajisen Ramen (Funan Centre) - The above was actually eaten by dear .. I ate my all time favourite Tomato Ramen .. but this time we ordered the super big bowl to share ... i do think their food is good.

4 / 5 >> Ajisen Ramen (Airport Terminal 1) - Went to eat with my buddy Nic before he flew ff to the States for his internship.. that outlet didn't have my fav Tomato Ramen so ordered Black Pepper beef instead ..it was so good buddy ended up swtiching from his chicken terriyaki to a bowl of Ramen like me!! :) Waiting for him to send the pics we took together to me! :)
3.5 / 5 >>Sushi Tei (Holland Village) - went with my buddy Nic some time back as well .. food was real fresh .. we ate some chocolate dessert thingy .. yumz!!
3/5>> Coffee Club (Taka) - went with my colleague Gladys a couple of afternoons ago .. tried their cod fish .. yummy! We also had Mud Pie!
4/5 >> NYDC (Holland Vilage) - went with Pav & ate baked rice & a superb dessert - Carrot Cake with Macademia Ic-cream! It was awesome! I never actually liked NYDC stuff but this was good!
::: In a mood for ... Things:::
Some great things I've come to own recently ...

A matching backpack for both dear & I ... couple bags! kewl huh?
A really lovely essence burner .. I loved this design! Dear & I chanced upon it when walking in Concourse .. it was so much nicer & cheaper than those in Body Shop!
Finally a phone that I like! Of all the phones I've owned .. I've only personally bought 2 of them - A Sony Ericsson & now this Samsung ..the rest were gifts or passed down from some family member. I terribly hated the previous phone I had - *I hate Nokias* .. & finally found this one which I adore!
